I do not believe in making hateful comments about anyone nor their beliefs, as that is highly inappropriate. I encourage honest thought and dialogue. I do however encourage people to express their opinions and to present facts for open dialogue and discussion—as long as it is done orderly and respectfully.”

Uploadable Files and Images

Any uploadable file(s) and/or art or expressions of art (“artwork” “artworks”, “graphic”, “graphics”, “work”, “works”, “material”, “materials”, “piece”, “pieces”, or “creative pieces”), including but not limited to pdfs, docs, jpegs, pngs, (which could include but are not limited to such things as comments, drawings, photographs, paintings, sketches, writings, poems, stories, or other creative work or works) is at the discretion of Coffee Scribe. We hold the right to decide or act according to our own judgement as to what uploadable files we will allow and/or reject on this site. Any material, including works from design professionals, artists, writers or creative persons (“creative” or “creatives”) or any persons uploading files and/or comments will be required to meet this Code of Conduct.

We will not allow any works to be uploaded (or accepted for uploading) if it is in violation of this Code. Such violations could include, but is not limited to items that are considered or could be interpreted as being sexually explicit in nature; also, any expressions of works that are contrary to the Word of God and the standards of holiness according to the Bible and the nature of God Himself; or that are not in agreement with our Statement of Faith (“Statement”, “Statements”). If you do not agree with our Statement of Faith nor want to comply with these Codes and our Statements, then feel free not to post comments nor upload works (by either uploading yourself or submitting works for uploading) to or on this site—additional, if you do not wish to comply, please feel free to kindly leave our site and not view, nor participate in any way.

Expressions of Art

Art is welcome. However as a recap in brief (and as an addition to the above stated), the blog owner reserves the right to edit, refuse or delete any work submitted to this blog without notice. Coffee Scribe has the right to:

Refuse any work that is or may be perceived as unlawful or fraudulent or that may be or is purposefully misleading or deceptive in a way that can cause harm;
Work that may include profanity, vulgarity or abusive imagery or language;
Overly graphic, disturbing or offensive material;
Material containing imagery or language or concepts that could be deemed offensive;
Works containing hate speech, credible threats, or direct attacks on any individual or group or any imagery that is or could be perceived as such, as mentioned earlier;
Creatives shall not belittle or denigrate the work or reputation of another creative on this site;
Creatives in the conduct of their artistic practice, shall not knowingly or unknowingly violate the law (which includes civil law; copyright laws and rights, such as patents, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, moral rights and rights against unfair competition; and intellectual property laws and rights).

Comments are welcome. However, the blog owner reserves the right to edit or delete any comments submitted to this blog without notice due to:

Hate speech or offensive language targeting any specific demographic, or personal attacks of any kind;
Comments deemed to be spam or questionable spam;
Comments including profanity, vulgarity or abusive language;
Overly graphic, disturbing or offensive material;
Comments containing language or concepts that could be deemed offensive;
Comments containing hate speech, credible threats, or direct attacks on any individual or group.
