This blog isn’t about me

My blog and YouTube channel are not personally about me. I am a child of God; I am a Truth Warrior; and, I am an artist—my blog and YouTube channel are about Christ, as He is my passion and reason for being—He is my life (Colossians 3:4, Galatians 2:19-21). They are about helping people through ministry, whether through the content I produce, or face-to-face encounters as I mentor or pray for people where I live, or around the world. Basically, my goal is to help people. I’m here to glorify God—not entertain you (Galatians 1:10). (In other words, this is not a ′seeker-sensitive’ website as truth is truth, and isn’t provided here to make you feel good.) The bottom line is when it comes to providing information, the Word of God and prayer are enough.

It’s for this reason that I currently don’t post personal information or photos of myself on this site. I don’t believe it’s wrong in any way to do so, but it’s just not my concern right now, even though I may do so at some later point in time as the Lord might lead. Personally, my sense of satisfaction isn’t particularly with myself nor my online reach—but rather, I find value in my relationship with Christ, and in my behavior as a husband, father, and as a friend; being that it’s my character that needs to be in line with the Lord as a Truth Warrior and communicator (content creator) for the gospel. My life is by the grace of Christ as one who was formally lost apart from His mercy, grace, kindness, and forgiveness. My life is about the gospel of the One Who is worthy, to receive all glory, honor, and praise—the Risen Lord Jesus Christ. …Come Lord Jesus, come quickly!

(P.S. As a researcher and blogger, I sometimes collaborate with other bloggers where I have asked to post some of their articles to my blog too. I will always ask permission and give credit to them as those articles are their work and not mine, and will use the word “credit” as to not give the impression that it was my work. I will also give credit for various quotes and other such information within my own articles as well.)
